Welcome to Studio B Pilates.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Studio B Pilates website, online booking services, mobile services, memberships, class packages, purchases, communications, and related digital services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a service, booking a class, or otherwise using Studio B Pilates services, you agree to these Terms.

1. STUDIO B SERVICES

Studio B Pilates provides Pilates, fitness, wellness, membership, class-booking, event, retail, and related services.

Schedules, instructors, programming, equipment, operating hours, class formats, pricing, memberships, and services may change from time to time.

We may modify, substitute, cancel, or discontinue classes or services when reasonably necessary.

2. ACCOUNTS

You may be required to create an account to purchase memberships, book classes, join waitlists, or access certain services.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

Accounts and memberships may not be transferred or shared unless Studio B expressly allows otherwise.

3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Prices displayed at the time of purchase are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Studio B and its payment providers to process applicable charges.

Applicable taxes, registration fees, late fees, no-show fees, cancellation fees, membership dues, or other disclosed charges may be added where appropriate.

Except where otherwise expressly stated or required by law, all purchases and payments are final and non-refundable.

4. MEMBERSHIPS AND RECURRING BILLING

Certain Studio B memberships involve recurring monthly billing.

Before completing a recurring membership purchase, you will be provided with the applicable price, billing frequency, membership term, and other material membership conditions.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you expressly authorize Studio B and its payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account according to the membership terms you accepted.

Memberships may also be subject to a separate Membership Agreement presented during enrollment.

If a Membership Agreement contains terms that specifically address your membership and conflict with these general Terms of Service, the Membership Agreement will control with respect to that membership.

Studio B's current membership agreements may include fixed membership commitments, cancellation requirements, hold policies, early termination provisions, and other membership-specific conditions.

Recurring online membership programs should clearly disclose their material terms, obtain informed consent before charging, and provide a simple cancellation mechanism under federal requirements applicable to online negative-option transactions.

5. CLASS BOOKINGS

Class availability is not guaranteed.

Reservations are subject to class capacity, instructor availability, studio operations, membership eligibility, booking windows, and any applicable class credits.

Studio B may use a waitlist system when classes reach capacity.

You are responsible for reviewing your booking confirmation and ensuring that you have reserved the correct date, time, and class type.

6. CLASS CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Studio B currently maintains a 2-hour cancellation window for scheduled classes.

If you cancel within the applicable late-cancellation period or fail to attend a reserved class, you may lose the applicable class credit and may be charged any applicable late-cancellation or no-show fee disclosed by Studio B.

Current Studio B policy provides for a $25 no-show fee.

Studio policies may be updated from time to time. Current policies displayed during booking or communicated to members will apply to the applicable reservation.

7. LATE ARRIVAL

For your safety and to minimize disruption to other members, participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time may not be admitted.

Late arrival may result in loss of the applicable class credit and may be subject to Studio B's then-current late-arrival fee.

8. STUDIO SAFETY AND CONDUCT

Participants must follow instructor directions, equipment instructions, posted studio rules, and reasonable safety requirements.

Studio B may require appropriate Pilates or fitness attire and specific equipment or accessories for particular classes.

Grip socks are required for Reformer Pilates classes unless Studio B communicates otherwise.

Studio B reserves the right to refuse participation or require a participant to leave when conduct is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or inconsistent with Studio B's policies or the safety of its community.

9. HEALTH AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER

Pilates and fitness activities involve physical movement and exertion.

You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for consulting an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

You should notify your instructor of relevant injuries, physical limitations, pregnancy, or other circumstances that could affect your safe participation.

Studio B instructors do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment through ordinary Pilates instruction.

If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, faintness, or other concerning symptoms, stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance.

10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND PARTICIPANT WAIVER

Participation in Pilates, fitness classes, use of exercise equipment, and physical activity involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.

Participants may be required to review and execute a separate liability waiver, release, informed consent, or assumption-of-risk agreement before participating.

These Terms do not replace any separate waiver or participant agreement executed by you.

11. SCHEDULES AND INSTRUCTORS

Studio B does not guarantee that a particular instructor, class format, equipment setup, class time, or schedule will remain available.

Studio B may substitute instructors or modify or cancel classes due to illness, emergencies, maintenance, weather, scheduling considerations, safety concerns, events, or other operational needs.

12. WEBSITE CONTENT

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, class names, written materials, designs, downloads, and other content made available by Studio B are owned by Studio B or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, copy, scrape, exploit, or commercially use Studio B content without written permission.

13. STUDIO B BRANDING

Studio B names, logos, service names, designs, branding elements, class names, and related brand assets may constitute trademarks, trade dress, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to commercially use Studio B intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Studio B may use third-party platforms for scheduling, membership management, payment processing, applications, email, SMS, analytics, or other services.

Your use of certain third-party platforms may also be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies.

Studio B is not responsible for outages, interruptions, errors, security events, or other acts of independent third-party providers outside Studio B's reasonable control.

15. PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers, founder pricing, discounts, referral offers, complimentary classes, contests, giveaways, and other promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, restrictions, or terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

16. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep our website and digital services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, security issues, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and digital services are provided on an "as available" basis.

Studio B does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from technical problems.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio B will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of or inability to use our website or digital services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Any liability relating to physical participation in Studio B activities may also be governed by a separately executed participant waiver or membership agreement.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Studio B harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or fraudulent activity conducted through your account.

20. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Studio B may suspend or terminate website access, booking privileges, or accounts where reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, unpaid balances, repeated policy violations, safety concerns, abusive conduct, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

Termination of website access does not automatically eliminate outstanding financial obligations under a membership or other agreement.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.

To the extent legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court located in or serving Osceola County, Florida.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Studio B may update these Terms periodically.

The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through email, the Studio B application, membership platform, or another reasonable method.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms govern general use of the Studio B website and digital services.

Separate Membership Agreements, participant waivers, promotional terms, purchase terms, studio policies, or other agreements may also apply.

Where a separate agreement specifically governs a particular service or transaction, that agreement will control for that service or transaction if there is a conflict.
